Just wanted to report in with my 14-day MORE bootcamp results: I lost 22.75 inches!! Isn't that amazing? I did take one day off during the 2 weeks, but otherwise did the workout every day, along with the CRT program....Thank you, Charlotte, for the daily encouragement you've been sending. I sure look forward to getting that boost to my spirit and determination every morning!
