What amazes me is how you get YOUNGER in each photo. It’s like flipping through a photo album backwards, except I know it’s not!
You are an amazing encouragement. I have 10 children and regularly read you to motivate myself! Thank you.
Haha! That’s true! I FEEL younger and better at age 54 than I did at 44, thanks to T-Tapp! 🙂
Hi, you are so encouraging. I am a homeschool mom to five children. I’m 33 years old, and weigh 199 pounds, I fluctuate between size 16 and 18. I feel tired all the time and feel like my hormones are out of wack. I just purchased ttapp and total workout plus and healthy hormones. I have tried to get all the way through the basic workout and it’s tough for someone who never works out. My muscles are out of shape! I am going to keep trying. My goal by the end of this week is to successfully do the basic workout all the way through, and eventually keep adding more! My question is how long did it take for you to get to where you are now. In your post you said you’ve maintained for six years, but how long did it take you to get to that point? Also I’m really struggling with my form and remembering to tuck my but and drop my shoulders and tighten all the little muscles I’m suppose to tighten. Does that get any easer? Thanks for being such an awesome example.
Katie, hang in there! It’s not “easy” but it’s doable! And yes, the form does get easier. Sort of. Because as you get stronger, your max is max-er so you never outgrow the workout. It took me a year and half to lose the weight and sizes. At the time it seemed like forever, but it was totally worth it! Yes, YOU can!!
You found t tapp when baby 12 was a yr old… Do you think you could have done what you did if the babies were still coming? I have 11 . My youngest is 21 months. I am 46. I have been doing thm, lost 21 pounds right away, in 2 months. Then my cycles came back early and for the last 7 months, i gain and lose the same 5/10 pounds each month….getting no where on the long journey I need to take to lose my extra fluff. I have done ttapp before and I couldnt continue when I became pregnant w/ # 11….just to weak and sick…. So now i want to get started again….youve encouraged me…not sure how and when to fit it in..just never seems to be time…and yet surely I can find the 20 min it will take! How does one continue on ttapp when pregnant? Especially at the beginning..
Ginger! Don’t feel like it’s “all or nothing!” The workout that works is the one you’ll do. If you have time for seven minutes, so be it. That’s better than nothing. Part of a workout is better than none. Just Primary Back Stretch is better than nothing. See if this post helps: https://charlottesiems.com/7-minutes-day-better-body-t-tapp
Thanks for the visual encouragement. You look great!
I just ordered T-Tapp and I am looking forward to getting similar results. I have doing the free exercises Teresa posts on her site.
Just found your blog and will be returning. Good info!
Glad you’re here, Monique! Just keep Tapping and stay consistent for the long haul!
I’m the mother of 9. Battled with my weight and hormones forever. Please send me the information on TTapp and the supplements you recommend. I’ve avoided the weight loss hype and gimmicks, eat wisely and want to be healthy. Strong for my children and grandchildren.
Thanks for the info!
Blessings
