Private Training Sessions
Single Private One-on-One Session (1 hour) – $65
Semi-Private Training Session (1-2 hours) 2 People – $55 each 3 People – $50 each 4 People – $40 each
Group Classes $15 per person for one hour
Customized Workout Plan $35 per month, includes schedule based on workouts you own, plus weekly email check-in. Contact Charlotte for details (Sorry, this service is booked until the end of the year)
What is the difference between a personal training session, a class and a clinic/workshop?
A personal training session is focused on YOUR needs–your form and your questions–with undivided attention to helping you get results, plus the latest tweaks and tips for increased effectiveness. A semi-private session is similar and you share the fun with your friends, family or co-workers.
Classes vary in size and last about an hour, providing a full body workout straight through with form-spotting and water breaks. Weekly classes are helpful to maintain consistency and motivation by working out with other T-Tappers.
Clinics/workshops last several hours, with multiple sessions based on specific T-Tapp workouts. The pace is slow and steady, with in-depth explanations to maximize form and extra tips to take your workout to the next level.
