Life is too short to live ugly! Over the years I've learned to build a homey home on a tight budget, keep memory-making traditions for year-round holidays and foster a love of learning in our children while maintaining a healthy marriage.
Along the way I've had to overcome hard things like discouragement, exhaustion and difficult circumstances just like you. But one of the advantages of mothering such a wide range of ages (twelve children, currently 6-29, with three grandchildren) is that my experience has given me a unique perspective on the challenges and the joys of the seasons of life.
