Cleaning Out the Closet: A Weight Loss Journey
Cleaning Out the Closet: A Weight Loss Journey
by Charlotte Siems
Have you ever cleaned out a closet and found things you forgot you had? When you drag stuff out into daylight you suddenly catch sight of something you’ve been looking for, or something you bought a long time ago and stuffed into storage. Most of the time those surprises are nice (unless you already bought another one to replace the one you lost).
Sometimes this even happens in your online storage space. I had forgotten about this video that was made many months ago. When I came across it, I decided to share it with you in the hope that it will encourage someone today:
Remember that nearly eighty weeks of workouts add up. No matter where you are in your journey, stay on the road. Take rest stops if need be, but then get back up and start again.
Maybe the next closet you clean will be your clothes closet, as you get rid of your too-big clothes!

Wow, Charlotte!
I’m amazed that on top of everything else you do, you’re accomplished at internet and web stuff!
You’re amazing!
And you really ARE an inspiration!
Thanks so much for your semi-private form tweaking class in Orange, Ca. I went straight to the store afterward and bought a pair of Skechers. They help! and I’m focusing on those good tweaks. I’m sweating like crazy through FMHTY and loving it!
It’s too soon to see more size losses on my short torso frame, but you’ve energized and inspired me in a whole new way… and that’s the next step to the big closet clean-out, right?!
Thanks so much for your strength and courage and sharing yourself with us in such a special way! You are very dear!

Ha! Actually my daughter is the accomplished video person. But I raised her. :)) I loved meeting you, too, Kolleen–and yes, being energized and inspired is a great first step!
Thanks for the video. It gives me hope. I am working at it…….
I can’t wait till that’s my story, too!!!
Thanks for your help & inspiration. I need you to keep telling me I can do it, too. It helps build my belief.
