Bubbles and kids go together like peanut butter and jelly.  Whether it’s a bubble bath, playing in the kitchen sink or making bubbles with a wand, those shimmery rainbow baubles are mesmerizing.

Bubbles are fun, and fun is good.  Did you know that a common prescription for those struggling with stress-related disorders like adrenal fatigue is to laugh and have some fun every day?

Life can get pretty serious and some of us need all the help we can get to lighten up and have some fun.

Giant, mega-bubbles are a great way to unwind, laugh and enjoy your family!

Mega-Bubble Solution Recipe

Liquid dish soap
Glycerin or corn syrup
Wire clothes hanger
Yarn or string
Tape (electrical, duct, etc.)
Large pizza pan or cookie sheet with sides

Mix a big squirt of dish soap with a little bit of glycerin or corn syrup in a liquid measuring cup.  Add water and stir.  Pour mixture into a pizza pad or other large shallow pan.  Add water up to edge of pan.

Bend a wire clothes hanger into a diamond or circle shape.  Wrap yarn or string around the wire and secure loose ends with tape.

Dip the wand in the solution, making sure that the yarn/string gets completely covered with the mixture.  Remove the bubble wand and let some of the mixture drip off.  Make bubbles by moving the wand through the air.
And don’t forget to have fun!
