T-Tapp Together Bootcamp
Summertime….and the livin’ is easy. Uh, probably not! Summer is a busy time for most of us, and it might have knocked you off of your regular workout schedule. If some inches have crept back on and you need some motivation to kick things in gear, join us for the first-ever T-Tapp Together Bootcamp Weekend!
Teresa Tapp tells us that two workouts a day for two days in a row will help break a plateau. Since a bootcamp is a great way to kickstart inch loss and get your brain-body connection revved up, let’s join together for accountability and fun!
Here’s how it will work:
- First decide if the dates will work for you: Thursday, July 11 through Sunday, July 14, depending on how you choose to do your bootcamp. You can do two workouts a day for two days: Thursday/Friday OR Friday/Saturday OR Saturday/Sunday. OR you can do one workout per day for four days: Thursday through Sunday.
- Next, if you’d like, leave a comment and let me know you’re joining the fun.
- Choose your workout and make a plan. A traditional T-Tapp bootcamp uses the Total Workout. Since I am being careful not to aggravate adrenal fatigue symptoms, I will be doing something shorter. Seriously, a short workout is better than no workout.
- Go to this page to download the form that will match your plan.
- Decide what “extras” you want to add to your form: Drinking more water, upping the alfalfa, Epsom salt bath, bubble bath, pedicure, etc. Make it a homemade spa weekend!
- Finally, check my website daily (beginning Thursday, July 11) to check in, ask questions and get tips. Actually, you can go ahead and check it now because there is a ton of T-Tapp information and encouragement already there!
- If you’re on the list for the Living a Beautiful Life newsletter, you’ll receive a reminder on Wednesday, July 10. You can sign up here (and get exclusive T-Tapp tips that you won’t find anywhere else–twice a week!)
I’ll be doing the weekend right along with you! There is absolutely no charge or obligation to participate, this is just a fun way for us to connect and commit to get back on track with T-Tapp!
Make your plan and WORK your plan! Who’s in for a “T-Tapp Together Bootcamp?”
I’m in! Thank you! I think I’ll do Mindful Movement. I’m a beginner and have a lot of other complications, but I would love to have the accountability and be a part of this.
That’s great, Monica! Adapt the workout for your issues. Push yourself, but don’t hurt yourself!
I had never heard about the 2 workouts in a day plan. Thank you for sharing that. This should be a fun little experiment. Should we measure before and after?
Definitely measure before, but I would wait a couple of days afterwards before you measure again. Those kind of instructions will be included here on the website during/after the bootcamp.
I am in! I will be doing BWO with a few added extras from Total. I have a birth defect in my feet that leaves me with bad feet and ankles so some of the moves from Total are not possible for me. That being said, BWO has been a lifesaver for me!!
Thanks for encouraging and inspiring!
Sharyn
I’m glad you’re in, Sharyn! If you’re able, keep weight in the heels–it will activate the core!
I’m so excited to do this in 2 days! I’m picking the weekend and I’m going to try the total workout alternating with basic. Only wish we were all together to work out!
I know, wouldn’t that be fun?
I’d like to start even sooner (like today?), but if that doesn’t happen, then Thursday/Friday.
–Gena
You’re like me, ha! With the Fourth of July holiday and giving people time to order a workout I knew it needed to wait. Glad you’re in!
This comes at a perfect time for me, Canrlotte! Thanks so much for this great “feebie”! Looking forward to learning together.
Hey, it’s a good time for me, too! I’ve had to take time off here and there and I’m ready to jumpstart with a bootcamp!
I’ll do it! I’ll try the Total Workout, it’s been a while since I did that one. Better start practicing now!
If you start now, you can sort of work up to it! Glad you’ll be with us!
I’ll join the fun! I am pregnant right now and only used to the 15 minute workout so I’ll stick to that. I’ve been doing it about 3-4x a week. Would love a little bootcamp to ensure I keep up with this – especially because by that time the pregnancy tiredness may be creeping in! Fun! Thanks!
Feel free to adapt for your growing body! Remember, no Organs in Place, floor or standing!
I’m joining the fun. Thank you for the encouragement!
Yayyy, YOU! Glad you’re in!
Thank you Charlotte!
I plan to do the 4 day work out Basic Workout plus and a few others. In the meantime I might try the full workout but not sure I can keep up to the full workout but would like to try with everything else going on in my life right now. 🙂
Blessings!
Keep it doable to stay consistent, I always say! It’s okay to push yourself, just don’t get into exhaustion and sick-of-T-Tapp-mode!
Hi Charlotte,
I am excited to try this. Next week begins a very difficult fall schedule. Anything I can do to increase my energy and stamina will be beneficial. I typically do the Basic Plus Tempo, but may try the Total Workout. I am also still navigating the Senior Fit. Too many options!
For a bootcamp, it’s good to stick with one workout for the duration to build that muscle memory and mind-to-muscle connections!
I’m in! Thanks, Charlotte!
Woo-hoo, Tami!! Glad you’re in with us!
I’m in! So we start the 11th on any workout we want? Thanks for giving us this nudge!
You can start on the 11th or the 12th or 13th, depending on which schedule you want to follow!
I’m in! I’ve been a little off recently and could really use this. I think I’ll do BWO in the AM and Step Away the Inches in the evening. Is it OK to mix workouts?
Traditionally a bootcamp is done with the same workout in order to help build the mind-to-muscle connections, so you might want to consider that in planning your schedule.
I’m excited to join the bootcamp! I started T-Tapp a year ago, and was so excited about it, a few ladies started with it, too! Then…well, *things* happened. I’ve been wanting to begin again. This is the perfect way to re-boot! thanks!
Yep, re-boot with a bootcamp to kick your booty! Take advantage of the motivation and excitement!
I’m in! I am just getting ready to start T-Tapp so this comes at a great time. I have the BWO, plus a few extras.
*cute name* Yayy! We’re going to get you started right! Look for form tips on the blog!
I’m in too. I’m falling down on the job and need this boost and motivation!
This will be perfect to get you going again!
I’m in. I think I’ll try the 4-day Instructional video to get back into the rythm. (Hope it helps with double chins. Audrey just told me she looks like me, only smaller with one less chin!!!!)
lol! Really r-e-a-c-h with the chin on the scoop outs during Primary Back Stretch!
I’m not sure which form I plan to use yet, but I’m going to do this. I will either use Tapp More or Step Up Inches.
Whatever workout you choose, it’s muscle activation, baby! No flopping, controlled movement for results!
I’m in too! I plan on doing BWO+ for the bootcamp. I think I would die if I attempted to do the TWO two times a day!!! LOL!
Me, too! lol!!
I’m in for two workouts for two days. I’ve done the one workout for four days bootcamp and always struggle on day four…not with form or soreness but with schedule…EVERY TIME. I’d like to try two-a-days for two days to get me there and then go from there. Wonderful bootcamp idea!
The two-a-days will be challenging but efficient!
My daughter and I are both in and this came at the perfect time. We were just talking last night that since our vacation we have fallen off the wagon. Time to dust off and get back on track. Thank you!
Ooo, fun to have your daughter join you! You’ll have an extra layer of accountability. I vote for some rewards together, too!
I was doing T-Tapp regularly, but was new at it, when my husband had a stroke, and I tried to keep it up at first, but didn’t last long. I need to get back into it, so I’ll aim to join you all. I have the Basic Workout Plus. I’ll go for the two a day, and if that doesn’t work, just do all four days.
Smart to be adaptable to life! Glad you’re in!
I am really looking forward to this. I need something to kick start me back into an exercise routine.
This oughta do the trick! Glad you’re in!
Count me in!… I will do the 2-a-day for 2 days… Probably using BWO+, but maybe MORE… Reminds me of cheerleading camp with the 2-a-days! 😉
Hey, I like that! Cheerleading Camp 2-a-days! We’ll *cheer* each other on!
I’m in! I’m going to do two each day Thursday & Friday. I’ll do BWO+ in the mornings and in the afternoon I’ll do diva derrière & ladybug pop. Thanks for setting this up! I like the accountability.:-)
This is going to be fun (and somewhat hard, lol)! Let’s go, girls!
haven’t done a thing since before Thanksgiving! Oh, is my body feeling it…will use this boot camp to get moving again. 4 days BWO+ or Total. will see how day 1 goes! Thank you for the motivation.
Just think, if you start now you’re going to be sooo glad (and smaller) come this Thanksgiving!!
I just started doing T-Tapp again after a much too long break and was so excited to see this boot camp opportunity. I will be doing the BWO+ 2 a days for two days.
Yes!! So glad you’ve started up. This will help jumpstart inch loss!
I’m in, but I’m going to start a little early. I’ve been putting it off to long already. I’m not sure which to start with though, I did the Basic the first couple times but I was in a lot of pain at the end. I don’t know if I just didn’t do my stance right. I’m up to try again 🙂
Nicole–I’ll give form tips each day, so check back here!
Thanks Charlotte! This is just what I needed to get back on track! Now to decide which workout to do…:)
Plan your workouts and work your plan! Glad you’re joining in!
I’m in! I really need to start exercising and I have the Total Workout. Things just always seem to happen to derail me. :p
Still, if I’m going to be taking the time (and spending the money) to go to the chiropractor, I need to exercise to hold those adjustments. 🙂
I will do Instructional One for those four days. (I’m soooo impaired when it comes to arm/leg coordination that I need the reinforcement.)
Good choice!
I bought the T-Tapp More DVD long ago, but it has been collecting dust on my shelf. Would the 4-Day bootcamp be alright for a true beginner like me?
Oh, it will be awesome! If you can, it would be good to do the Instructional at least a couple of times before you begin the bootcamp! (or you can certainly use the Instructional as your bootcamp workout, that would be double-awesome!)
Hi Charlotte,
Hope its not too late to join in — I will be doing More on Thurs/Friday.
I have never tried doing 2 workouts in a day and it will be interesting to see what the result are! This is just the incentive I need — getting back to T-Tapp after a 9 month hiatus.
Thanks! Dana
Oh no, you still have a week! Some will start on Thursday the 11th, so you’re good!
I am in but I’m trying for a longer bootcamp for our oldest’s son’s wedding at the end of the month. It may turn into just the four day one with the schedule though. More to lose and slow to lose but feeling better with T-tapp!
Maybe you can stretch it to 7 days….but a four-day one is good, too! You don’t HAVE to do 14 days to get results!
I’ll be doing the 15 minute work out four days in a row. Like Monica above we, too, have a wedding the end of the month. Happy to join in.
15-minute workouts are my favorite! Glad you’re in!
Had to comment again to get the “free guide”
lol! Good girl!
Thanks! I’d love to join. I am going to do the two-day with two workouts per day (Sat/Sun). I have BWO+ and TargetPop3 (Awesome Legs, Pretzel Twist and Diva Derriere) for day one and SATI with TargetPop3 for Day Two.
Yee Haw! 🙂
Thanks for the challenge!
Kat
Yee Haw, indeed! This is going to rock!!
BTW, anyone in Louisiana?
I am about one hour south of Shreveport.
I’m in Covington (across Lake Pontchartrain from New Orleans)…
YAY! I’m in Baton Rouge! 🙂 I don’t know anyone here that T-tapps!
Hey charlotte I just had my 9th baby on the 24th of June do you think it would be too soon to start back up into this boot camp or would the timing be good…..I have been wondering if I should wait until the six week mark
Unless you have your caregiver’s permission, don’t try to do a bootcamp! You might do parts of Primary Back Stretch sequences and/or gentle Organs in Place on the floor or standing, but no workouts. You need to give yourself time to heal and restore. The schedule forms will still be there later–that’s why I didn’t fill in the dates, so they could be used other times. Enjoy your babymoon!
I old like to join and use HHMM for 4 days. Thank you for the reason to get motivated again!
Glad to help kick our booties!! 🙂
I’ll join the fun! I have done T-tapp consistently for a little over a year. I am a slow loser and sort of lost motivation so this will be a great pick-me-up!
Oh, good! Glad you’re in!
I’m going to do TWO twice a day. Unfortunately next weekend is my family reunion so I’ll do it this weekend. I’m sure the tips and tricks will be useful for the future. Thanks for the kick in the *boot*!
Go, Cathy, Go! Glad that you’re adapting for your life situation. You can still follow the tips on the blog next weekend!
I’M in! I will do 1 workout a day for 4 days. I will be doing BWO+. I am hoping that this bootcamp will get me going on the road to taking care of myself. My kids are all for it-they say it’s time for Mom to do something for herself!
Smart kids! A Mom who cares for herself has more resources to care for others!
I’m in!! I have been doing PBS and a couple of the moves from TWO each day this week. It has been fun! =D. My family and I were discussing health and fitness few weeks ago. I told them that health and fitness should be FuN! I mean I had a ball eating all that good food, and I have gotten in shape before and it was fun but there was BALANCE to it… So I know I can do it again and maintain because I have seen the balance! I have tried other home workouts over the years but I have to say T-Tapp is my absolute favorite! The Gm/mm eating plan is really cool, too!
Charlotte your website is great because there is balance! It is not about only one thing! Thanks for that!
Looking forward to boot camp!! =D
Awesome to have a Charlotte join me!! So true, if we get obsessive it’s not healthy and helpful. I’m glad you’re in for the bootcamp!
I’m excited to do this bootcamp! Thank you for inspiring me to get off my rear and get started. 🙂
Yayyy YOU! Make your plan and work it!
I am definitely in! Also, I wanted to update you on a comment I made on another post. I told you I was meeting once a week with some ladies to do an aerobic workout, and hoping to eventually introduce them to TTapp. Well, I lent them my copy of BWO+ and not only did they get the DVD for themselves (it is a mom and her two daughters), but this past week we all met and did Senior Fit. It was a little hard for them to follow, since there are variations, but all in all, we had a GREAT workout. Also, I loaned them my copy of Fit and Fabulous In Fifteen Minutes, and they decided to do a boot camp since they are going on vacation in a couple of weeks. So now I have a whole lot of accountability. There are also at least 2 other ladies from church that I have loaned DVDs to that have started found BWO+. Although we don’t all meet regularly to work out together, there is that camaraderie, and accountability. It has given me that kick in the pants I needed to be more consistent. Now I need to tell all of them about you so they can be even further motivated. I love all that you do to help fellow TTappers who need encouragement as well as form tips, and just general tips about life and being a godly wife and mother. I appreciate all you do so much.
Jan, that is AWESOME!! I always feel like T-Tapp is the best-kept secret of fitness programs! I’m so glad you’re spreading the word so that others can benefit. Thanks for your encouraging words!
I’m in! I’ll be doing BWO+ 2 a day. This should get my metabolism back in gear. I had been doing the Total work out bootcamp for three weeks when life interfered and I haven’t been able to get back to t-tapping consistently, but the good news is that with doing the Total workout for that long, and doing hoe downs sporadically since as my only workout, it shifted my hormones enough that for the first time in decades, my cycles are normal!! Going on three months and counting! I plan on resuming Total two to three times a week after this bootcamp. Thank you!!
Yayyy for you, Veronica! T-Tapp is actually amazing for the metabolism. I wake up hungry every morning and that’s a sign of a good metabolism. When you get back to the Total workout, don’t do it every day–no more than every other day!
I had already planned on doing a book camp starting today. Doing the senior fit one hour for four days and then the bwo + every other day. I’ll just have a week head start. To eager to get started to wait another week. Wish me luck I am heading in there now.
Okay, Marilyn–you can still check in for tips and motivation!
I’m planning on doing the bootcamp with you. I do not have the lastest version of Microsoft Word so i can’t download the form but I will design something to do. thanks for this challenge. My Daughter Tara Holmes who lives 1800 miles away and I are doing this together. She and my other daughter got me started on T-Tapp.
That will be fun to do it *with* your daughter! Sorry about the form–but it’s pretty simple so you should be able to create one. Best wishes on your bootcamp!
Hi: I will join in the 2 a day for 2 days as I have a friend who really needs some help and encouragment. Will do BWO and some floor work. If sne is not totally up to 2 for 2 then will spread it out to four days.
Sounds good, Janice! You’re a good friend!
So if I’m confused…..If I don’t own it, can I still do it? Can you explain or lead me to the right place
to get more info. I read boot camp and do it together and I was in:)
Michelle
Hi Michelle,
You would need to own a workout to do the bootcamp. But in a pinch, you could do exercises from the Try Before You Buy and still check here at the blog for tips. Here’s a link to that section of the T-Tapp website: https://www.t-tapp.com/try/index.html
Thank you Charlotte. I bought it!!!!! so I hope it gets here soon!:)
I’m in! I will do BWO + twice for two days. I need this to get back into exercising. It’s been a busy last couple of weeks! Thanks Charlotte!
I’m glad you’re joining us, Lori!
The timing of this could be better. I am focused on slimming down during the summer while I have a little more free time on my hands. Can’t wait to join in with you all. I will do one a day. Thanks for the motivation!
Oh, good! Glad it’s working for you! See you at the bootcamp!
I’m definitely in – I just have to decide what workout I will actually do. I’m going to do the two per day on Thursday and Friday.
Alrighty, Mary Ellen! You still have a few days to decide and make your plan!
I’m in! So many reasons I need to kick it into gear and lose the weight and get healthy! Going to try for the two a day BWO+ on Fri/Sat.
That’s great, Angel! Be sure to check in here to stay accountable!
It’s time! Haven’t done a boot camp in years. I think I’ll do the BWO+ starting Thursday. Thanks, Charlotte, for doing this!
Ha, you sound like me, Renae! I haven’t done a bootcamp in a long time so this will be a good time to kick booty!
I’m in! TTap has changed my life! Thanks, Charlotte, for encouraging me along the way! You are such a blessing!
So, so glad to do that, Rhonda! It certainly changed my life, too!
Good Morning!
Is it to late to join the FUN?
Nope, you’re just in time, Lori! We’ll be getting started together on Thursday, July 11!
This is such perfect timing! I’m in for 1 workout a day for 4 days. I will do BWO instructional. It’s been over 2 years since I’ve done t-tapp. I’m looking forward to getting back into it.
Perfect! (and that’s a great schedule, Mimet!)
Count me in! I found T-Tapp right before the 60 Day Challenge and loved it, but I’ve been slacking off pretty much since then. I need this kick start back into the consistency. I’ll be doing BWO, for four days, starting today because I’m getting company this weekend and I know that will be a distraction. I’m excited to be back into T-Tapp!! Whoot whoot!
Woo-hoo, Sierra!! I’m so glad this is kicking you back into gear!
I’m in!…I say with fear and tremblin..hehe
Haha, Desta! Aww, come on in, the water’s fine! 🙂
A 2 day (Thursday and Friday) boot camp using senior fit. This will be my first real T-tapp workout plan… Finally ready to jump in this seems like a good way to do it.
The above post is mine…
Senior Fit is awesome, Cindy! I’m glad you’re making a plan and joining in!
Thank you so much for this last email Charlotte. Today will be day four of the 1 hour+ Senior Fit boot camp. Day three was really hard to get thru until about half way and then I was feeling great. Question? Should I continue with the Senior Fit or go to BWO+ every other day? I have a wedding in August that I would really like to feel better for. Notice I said feel better not smaller. cause I already have more kick to my step so to speak. Thank you for all of the above blogs. I don’t feel so alone.
Marilyn, try BWO+ and see how you like it. You could also do BWO+ 2x week and Senior Fit 1-2x week. If you’re doing good with Senior Fit, stick with it. You can even break it up over two days if the length is challenging. Congratulations on completing your bootcamp!!
I’m going to join in the fun!!
Okay, Andi–glad you’re in!!
Thanks Charlotte! I’ve been doing T-Tapp on and off for a couple of months. This is the ‘kick in the butt’ I needed! Will do two a day for Thursday & Friday! Can’t wait to join the fun.
That is awesome, Diane!! Glad you’ll be here!
I’m in… But might have to adjust some days. I had been fairly consistent, first with mainly alternating Barefoot Basic Plus with StepAway the Inches, and then ordered both More and Senior Fit, and started doing some of those… Then went on a business trip with the family for a week, and have not done any since then. :-(. Time to kick it in to gear!! Only have to decide which workout to do…
Adjusting is a good thing if it keeps you going, Kay! I’m glad you’re kicking in!
This is great timing! I’ll do the 4-day with either MORE or Basic Workout + instructional. It’s been awhile!
Good for you, Sabrina! We’ll see you there!
I’ll be joining you! I can so relate to you, Charlotte. I am a homeschool mom and have been blessed with 10 chilldren, the baby now almost 5. I started t-tapp about 3 years ago and went from a size 14/16 down to a 6/8 and lost a total of 45 pounds! I kept it off until last fall when some things happened in our family and I lost focus. So…now I’m up about 15 pounds, sluggish, and have put off what I know I’ve needed to do now for too long. This is just what I need to get me going again, and I’m excited about it. I plan to do the 4 day plan with the basic plus workout, and add organs in place. Thanks for your encouragement!
Oh, I’m so glad you’re “in,” Holly! T-Tapp is always there waiting for us when we get back to it, and now is a good time!
I’m in too! Thanks for doing this to jumpstart us all! I will be doing the BWO+ hopefully 2xday for 2 days. I have 4 kids 6 and under and “life happens” daily around here! So we will see how it goes. Blessings!
Oh boy, Rebecca, you’re in a busy season of life! BWO+ is perfect for busy moms, thank goodness! I’m glad you’re joining us!
Ok so mom already posted and we are doing this together!! Thank you so much for your encouragement!! My sister also does T tapp with us and we try to stay on the same schedule and keep each other accountable though miles and miles apart!! Can’t begin to express how much better I feel when I read your articles and T Tapp consistently!!! Thanks!!
That is so cool, Tara!! I love it! I’m so glad that you all are joining us!!
I will do BWO + as well as Secrets to a Flat Stomach from the book. I love how “Secrets…” makes me feel. Thursday and Friday!!
Okay, Kathy–thanks for reporting in! *salute* 🙂
Can we still join? I’ve got at least one daughter, maybe two joining me. Not sure what workout to do. I’ve been off with just 2 or 3 workouts since getting sick the first part of June with a sporadic May. DD hasn’t done this for a few years. BWO+ instructionals? Just BWO+ or Tempo or Sr. Fit? Suggestions?? We’ll do Thursday/Friday or Friday/Saturday. Blessings! Thanks for doing this!
You’re in, Karen! If you haven’t T-Tapped in a while, choose Instructional #1 as your bootcamp workout. It’s about 25 minutes, but there’s good stuff in there!
After reading all these posts, I’m a little nervous but am going to commit to the 2-day boot camp for Thurs./Fri. I have Basic Workout Plus and will be using the instructional workout since I haven’t done much in a long while. I’ve had TTAPP for over a year but just can’t seem to be very consistent… hoping a boot camp changes that. Also I would like to figure out how to take my alfalfa as my “extra” challenge, so any help with that would be appreciated. Thank you for the support and encouragement! Fun, fun!
Don’t be nervous, Rhonda–you’re in good company! You could make check boxes (or highlight) alfalfa–2 capsules, three times per day. Don’t forget to drink plenty of water, too!
I am in! I have been doing the BWO+. Is it ok to start boot-camp with Total Workout Instructional? I Cant wait !!!! 🙂
I’m glad you’re joining us, Lorraine! Doing Instructional #2 would be good for your bootcamp. It will kick your booty!
I just wanted to say that I did this but had to start on the 6th. My fourth TWO was today. I am amazed at how much better I feel since I started in May. My first month I lost 10.5 inches. I am only measuring once a month so I don’t get discouraged easily. I know ttapp is working by the way I feel and look. I am so thankful for you and your blog, because that is how I discovered ttapp. I am also very thankful for Teresa Tapp!! My favorite part of the TWO is right before the thread the needle/cross cross together she says “yes you can” in a really sweet encouraging voice. It’s like she reads my mind!! Thank you for the inspiration!!
Awwww, that is AWESOME, Leah! I felt (and still feel!) the same way about Teresa when I started. Congratulations on a job well done!!
I’m in. I’ve been lax on getting in my workouts. Then 3 weeks ago I fell & couldn’t do any except Butterflys. I’m much better now & I did the BWO instructional today. So if I’ll just keep doing it through Sat I’ll have a short bootcamp in.
Alrighty, Lois, you’re in! I’m glad your fall wasn’t worse!
I’m in! I was doing okay during the 60 day challenge but have since slacked off. I’m planning to do the BWO+ on Thursday/Friday (2x/day) since my weekend will get kind of hectic. Also planning to increase water consumption.
Woo-hoo Vonda! You go, girl!
Hi, Charlotte! This is perfect timing and exactly what I needed. I’ll be doing a 4-day bootcamp starting Friday and using the MORE workout. Thanks so much – best wishes to you!
Okayyyy, Mary!! Glad you’re adapting the days to work with YOUR schedule!
I’m in! July has started off a bit rockier than I expected, so my workout schedule has not been consistent at all. Sadly, my knee pain is back, so I’m glad to have a reason to jump back in! I like the idea or two workouts a day for two days, but not sure my schedule will allow that. Either way, I’m going to commit to doing at least a 4 workout bootcamp. Thanks, Charlotte!
Listen to your body, Angel! Keep weight in heels to take the pressure off your knees, and hold the squat on Plies!
I’m joining in – doing MORE. I had wonderful consistency right up until my daughter’s wedding 2.5 weeks ago, and ready to jump back in! (Thanks for the reminder about measuring, too.)
Boy, those weddings have a way of causing us to need recovery time, don’t they? 🙂 I’m glad you’re jumping in, Elise!
I own several of the work outs but the only one I have ever been consistent with is the Basic Workout Plus. Should I do that or Ladybug that is new for me?
Ladybug is really good, but you might get more bang for your buck by revisiting Instructional #1, Suzie!
I going to try it. I needed a kick-start and this is it! Wish me luck–I’ll have all I can do to just finish the workout–but I’m committed!
Hey, don’t hurt yourself. 🙂 Seriously, extra water breaks and kick-outs are entirely legal, Rhonda!
I’m in…BWO+ for 4 days, Wed. – Sat. adding organs-in-place & half frogs each time. That’s where I could REALLY use some muscle memory help 🙂
Thanks for the encouragement!
Yayy you, Jenny! You can also pat your tummy like a drum after OIP on The Box to get some mind-to-muscle stimulation going there!
I will be doing the bootcamp!! I needed a kick start!
Glad you’re joining in, Heidi!
I am going to do the 4 day. I am still recovering from minor ankle surgeries to correct my flat feet but my doctor said I can do hit the floor (which is my favorite anyway!)
Good idea, Elizabeth! Love Hit the Floor!
I’m going to do this! I dropped the ball over the last few months since having a baby – and I desperately need to get back into the routine of T-Tapping regularly. Thank you!!! I am excited about jumpstarting using a bootcamp.
Oh gee, all you did was have a baby?! Congratulations!! I’m glad this bootcamp will help you jump back in!
I am in. I will be trying to do the 4 day with TW. I haven’t done TW for a while, but I think I can do it for 4 days.
I still remember all the tips you gave at a session I attended back in 2010.
Thank you, Charlotte for your faithful service to people in need.
Amelia, you go, girl! Total Workout will get ya good! Thanks for joining!
I’m joining! My kiddos will be gone for the weekend so I’ll choose Saturday and Sunday. Can’t wait to get started. Sometimes I think my body is desperate to exercise and this is a great jumpstart. Thank you!
Ooo, make it a spa weekend, Jill! Add some salt baths by candlelight and a good book! Happy that you’re joining in!
Awwww, Charlotte, you’re just the best! <3 Thank you for your joy-filled example.
Aww, {{{hugs!}}} Barbara!
I started today because Sunday is not doable for me. So, I’m in! Thanks for doing this Charlotte! I have been needing this swift kick for several months and knowing I am not alone and have accountability is GREAT! My Bible Study ladies are anxiously awaiting my results next week!!
I did the same, Melody! Sundays are my closely-guarded day off, lol. Let’s show your friends what T-Tapp can do! Focus on FORM!!
Since I am just getting started and have adrenal fatigue, I am going to do once a day thurs-sat. Break on Lords Day, and again Monday. I am doing the 15 min. Basic.
Smart to listen to your body, Jenny. With adrenal fatigue, extra water breaks and kick-outs are recommended by Teresa Tapp. Let’s go!
Thanks for the invitation! I was thinking of BWO+ in the morning and SATI in the evening. But, since you say to stick to one, it will have to be BWO+. I know I won’t be able to commit the time for SATI twice a day. I’ll do the twice a day bootcamp, Thursday and Friday. I’ve been pretty consistent with 3x/week workouts, and Thu/Fri are normally my busy days off. But this week it will work, and I’m going to work it.
You work it, girl! Congratulations on your consistency, Bobbe!!
I’m in, I’m doing BWO+ and SATI. Thanks for the boost. 🙂
That will work your body, Ashlea! Glad you’re in!
I’ll be joining you on Thurs-Fri for 2-a-days! Right now I’m planning on doing More2…
2-a-days: sounds like summer football camp. Kind of similar, with sweat and all. 🙂 Go, girl!
I’m in! I will be doing Thursday and Friday and will be doing BWO+ along with OIP and awesome legs plus drinking more water. Thank You Ms. Charlotte for the inspiration and encouragement, it is exactly what I needed to get me started.
I am a happy wife and mom, as well as a full time employee and a part time college student. I have not made much time for me and it is evident.
I am so looking forward to getting on a consistent schedule again…as in all things, it’s easy to fall off and hard to get back on.
So true, Bette–and making time for yourself to T-Tapp will give you the energy and stamina to do all of the things you do in your busy life!
I’m in. I’ll either do a full total workout or basic workout (15 minutes)–is that right name? either. have already done three days in a row, full on monday, 15 min tues and same this morning so i will keep going alternating if needed due to time. thanks!
Good job so far, Camille! (When I was a girl, I wanted twins and wanted to name one of them Camille!)
I’m joining in! I’ve been building up to doing a full BWO+ for the past two weeks. This will be the push I need to get it all done. You have been such an inspiration to me over the past year. I practically have your testimonial memorized, and I’ve watched your videos probably 3 or 4 times. Thanks for all you do!
Awww, that’s so sweet, Anni! I’m SO glad you’re joining in for the fun!
I’m joining in also! 🙂 I actually just started doing BWO+ (today is day 3!) and my goal was to do it every day this week, so I’ll continue with my plan and maybe try to squeeze it in twice on Thurs/Fri for an extra boost :).
Good job already, Abby! I’m happy that you’re here with us!
I’m in! I will be doing the BW+. Have a busy weekend with 4H fair and projects, but still plan on squeezing in the bootcamp. The extra energy from the 2 workout’s will be welcomed and help me stay focused. Also, will teach me that I can squeeze in a workout on busy days and still survive.
Surviving is key, Shelll, lol! 15 minutes, tell yourself 15 minutes…. 🙂
I’m in! I’ve been wanting to start up again, and haven’t quite pursued it since being pregnant w/ my 5th (born 1 mo. ago!) So, here’s to a fresh start! I”ll be doing the BWO+ (instructional for review). Maybe I can even get my husband to join me! 🙂
LIsten to your body, Heidi–it’s still in recovery mode from childbirth! Even if you can’t get through all of BWO+ you’ll benefit!
I’m going to do the BWO+ thanks for doing this!
BWO+ rocks! Glad you’re in!!
Just started t-tapping and I’ve only done the More level 1 about 5-6 times. I think I’ll try More1, 2/2 on Sat/Sun.
Yayy, glad you’re here! Congratulations on getting started with T-Tapp, KGC! Be sure to check back here on the blog for tips each day!
I’m in! Been looking for a way to get the fat a-moving! I plan on doing a 2 day boot camp.
I will be doing the BWO+ instructional.
T-Tapp will definitely help with a-movin’ the fat! (It helps rev up your metabolism, too!). Glad you’re in with us!
Count me in! I have a very full schedule for July, but I am going for T-Tapp More for 4 days along with some Awesome Legs and OIP thrown in for good measure. Thank you so much for your peppy encouragement, Mrs. Siems!
PS Thanks for the reminder to measure first!
Dianna, MORE is one of my absolute favorite workouts! I’m SO glad you’re joining the fun!
I’m in! I’ve never done T-TAPP before, but it looks like just what I need!
Woo-hoo Bronda!! Welcome to T-Tapp! Don’t worry if you feel uncoordinated at first–we ALL did! Start with Instructional #1 and you’ll be good to go!
I’m in. I’m planning on 2 wkouts for 2 days. I’m planning on doing Total Wkt. 🙂
*pant* *sweat* You’re going to be workin’ it, Veronica! Carry on!
I can’t wait! So excited to have a short-term kick some royal rump goal! =) I plan to do one short work out per day. Thanks for doing this Charlotte!
Yep, we’ll kick some royal rump for sure, Jane! You go!
Not sure if I posted this or not. I’m in for 4 days, doing T-Tapp MORE Level 1.
🙂
Okay, Wendy–good choice, MORE rocks!!
This is PERFECT timing for me… I’ve been meaning to get back ‘on the wagon’ ! THANKS for the helps and motivation! I’ll be doing BWO+ Tempo daily for 4 days ? I’m trying to get friends to join me at the breezy end of the lake! Thanks again!
I love it when someone says it’s perfect timing for them–this was a sudden inspiration to me, so here we are! I hope your friends join in–it will be fun!
Hi Charlotte, You are an inspiration. I am trying to do T-Tapp, and struggling to stay consistent. I put it in my Cozi calendar, and for some strange reason it reminds my KIDS every day, so they are giving me a hard time because they keep getting the reminder, but I am not doing the time. I think I want to try to do 2 x /day for 2 days… but what do I do after that?
LOL! Maybe kids will be a better reminder anyway! After your bootcamp, take 2 days completely off. Then you can go to an every other day schedule, or at least 4 days per week. Three days per week is okay, too, it’s just that for me, 3x helped me maintain, 4x gave inch loss.
I’m in! Two BWO+ on Thursday then again Friday…..one way to get past the third workout slump in a bootcamp!
Woo-hoo! The Get ‘Er Done plan! (we have several Wendys joining us–I love that name!)
Thursday and Friday, it seems as though the LORD has opened that door for those two days, both my walking partners can not walk those days so an extra work out each day should work well for me. BWO+ never done a bootcamp before. yikes 😉
Nancy Jane, you’ll do great! I’m glad you’re joining us!!
I’m in. I’m only going to do the BWO because I don’t have time on Saturday or Sunday for the TWO. My extras will be hoe-downs every day and moving some furniture on Thursday and Friday. 🙂 This is just the push I need to get back into my routine.
Hey Beth, *only* BWO+ gave me at least 85% of my results!! That’s great–glad you’re joining us!
Better late than never! Count me in…
Hey, you’re not too late! Come on in, the water’s fine!
I found out about this Boot Camp after I started my own on Monday; I’m late to sign up, but I’m already on day 4 of my BC. 🙂 I committed to 5 days, but I’ll see if I can stretch it through Sunday; being part of group may help!
After an extended hiatus from T-Tapp, I’m doing the 67 minute Senior Fit workout. I’m amazed by the intensity of muscle activation I’m getting. Now, off to get that workout done!
Susan, feel free to join in or stop at any point since you’ve already done 4 days. I’m a fan of SHORT bootcamps myself! At any rate, you can benefit from the tips. And yes, Senior Fit’s muscle activation is amazing!
Yay!! I’m excited. I have lived at the ball park and on the road getting everyone to where they need to be. Summer is exhausting!!! This will be a great way to get back on track. I am planning to do the BWO+ 2x a day for 2 days. I will add in some extras. Thanks! I needed this!!
Christi, it’s definitely time for some Mom-Time!! Glad you’re in!
I’m in…..I have had Ttapp tapes since 1999 and have been very sporadic! I am a very slow loser so I get discouraged. I know it works, but I have a hard time with consistency and building good routines. I am always hoping for a quick fix even though I am smart enough to know there is no such thing!
This bootcamp will be a great way to get re-started, Patti! I’m happy that you’re joining us!
I guess you need to buy the videos to be able to do this? I have already measured.
Shelly, since we’re starting today, why don’t you go over to the T-Tapp website and do several of the Try Before You Buy exercises each day. Do the same ones each day for the four days and see what happens! Here’s a link: https://www.t-tapp.com/try/index.html
Ok – gonna do it! I had done t-tapp faithfully for about 6 months – then oops. Fell off the wagon. I have tried to get back to it a few times, but have not been successful. I am going to use this to try — no to set up a new habit. I am going to do the 2 a day on Friday and Saturday.
Alrighty, Marcia–you’re in! And have you listened to the newest podcast: How to Start a New Habit? It’s only 10 minutes!https://charlottesiems.com/how-to-start-a-new-habit
I’m in! Doing 2 workouts on Thursday and Friday. I have the basic workout plus cd but I’ve only done it a few times so I’m doing the instructional then skipping to the hoedowns. I went to 2 doctors last week who asked about my exercise habits. I determined to start Weds.so this challenge is a perfect time for me as well. 🙂
Starting with the Instructional is most excellent, Jennifer! You’re on your way!
Please count me in. I picked up some great tips in your last challenge. Just this week I started the Step and Broom sequence from the MORE DVD and it takes away my back pain!
Very cool, Joan! I love every single sequence in the MORE DVD!! No wonder they call it a clinic-in-a-box!
Hello! This sounds like fun. I’ve recently started getting really serious about my health and fitness, running and lifting weights, and I’ve been thinking for some time now that bringing T-Tapp back to my roster would be beneficial for my body. Since it’s been a while, I’ll be reviewing the instructionals today (Thursday) and Friday for my boot camp. I have some of your e-books so now would be the perfect time to reveiw those as well. Thank you for the encouragement!
That’s great, Laura! Many people find that T-Tapp improves their performance in other forms of exercise!
yes i am in, life seems so complicated right now so this will keep me on the t-tapp track.
Keep your T-Tapp simple, but do keep it! 🙂
Yes I am in. Decided to try the 2x/day 2 day bootcamp BWO+. But, what should I do after that? I know T-Tapp is the way, it already helped me get my blood sugar under control and off of medication. I am ready to get my body in great shape. I tried your tip of having feet 4 fingers width apart, but I have to ask you; my thighs (which is where I carry much of my excess) are touching all the way down to my knees. Will I still get the same benefits, since they are so close together? Thanks Charlotte. You are an inspiration! <3
Hey Charlotte… just saw your answer about 4x/week for weight loss after the boot camp… thanks for the response. I am a former homeschooling mom of 4. Unfortunately, I had to leave an abusive marriage and put my kids in school. The stress of it all has taxed my adrenals, caused me to have diabetes, and added a lot of weight. I just took my measurements and found that I have lost 37 inches since I originally started T-tapp. I am praying that this boot camp will boost me into a new level of fitness, so thanks for doing it! It was just the motivation that I needed. Funny to be motivated long distance… but for some reason it works. (btw, in the beginning, in 2009, I would do t-tapp and measure my blood sugar levels before and after and they would immediately go down dramatically) I am no longer on medication and have kept my levels in the normal range for a year now.
Did you see the rest of the tip about knees if you have more to lose? Just go to YOUR point of position and you’ll get results! We’ve seen it over and over with T-Tappers: T-Tapp is about growth and it changes us from the inside out. It will help you feel and look better in your new season of life!
Hi Charlotte,
Thanks for this challenge. I will do the BWO plus. I just found out about this today. Thanks again.
BWO+ is awesome and so are you for committing to this bootcamp, Monica!!
Just did BWO+. It amazes me how hard Ttapp is, even when I have been running/walking everyday! There was interesting popping noises in my shoulders when doing the Ttapp Twist! No pain though, so shouldn’t be a problem.
Haha, those popping noises! T-Tapp loosens us up in places we don’t normally use! And yes, T-Tapp is hard, but a good kind of hard, don’t you think?
Did day two of BWO+, slower. Less popping noises! I don’t have much flexibility through my chest so I have to use the towel when doing PBS. I think the tightness is the reason for the popping…getting loosened up. Yes it is a good kind of hard! I have put my running on hold for the bootcamp so I don’t add anything to confuse the muscle memory. I would like to add new workouts after the bootcamp and add back my running.
Hi Charlotte, Thank you! I am in. I did oip/el/hf, and MORE with my daughter Dianna this morning.
Is it O.K. to mix it up with one workout a day and then 2 on another day? I usually do a salt bath on Sat. ( my reward for tapping and brushing throughout the week! :-)) Since last Nov. I have lost 16 inches and 15 pounds…but it didn’t start to accelerate until the last month. THANK YOU for all of your encouragement to KEEP GOING even when you don’t see big results.
Blessings,
Ruth
Ruth, for a bootcamp it is best to do the same workout every day for the duration. Part of the point of a bootcamp is to develop muscle memory and build mind-to-muscle connections, both best done by repetition. 🙂
Hi Charlotte!
Thanks for extending this offer and helping us to re-commit.
I would like to do two workouts/day on Saturday and Sunday. July 12,13
I have been discouraged in the past with not getting instant results, when I read how people loses inches within days of starting. I suppose I have had a series of giving up when it comes to TTapp.
But I am getting older and there is a lot of spreading waistline and seeing some very discouraging pictures of myself taken recently, (You know how looking at yourself in a mirror has some element of self-deception or inability to see what’s really there. Denial in other words). And now I am getting
very uncomfortable hot flashes. Does TTapp or Alfalfa help with that?
Thanks again!
