This Could Be What You’ve Been Looking For
Sometimes my finger hovers on the button before clicking “publish” on these posts. It’s downright scary to be vulnerable and honest with people. But it helps to realize that it’s not about me. I think of the people who got over themselves to share things with me, and I’m grateful.
It would be wrong of me to not share this, it’s that important.
Most of us know someone with diabetes, high blood pressure, fibromyalgia, adrenal fatigue or weight to lose—or we are the someone. And some of us are Moms with a deep—down dream to find a way to supplement our family’s income.
I was a little of both—and I haven’t been this excited about a product since I found T-Tapp seven years ago.
I’ve actually worked a bit with some other companies in the last few years. I have to admit that I even felt pressured into it a couple of times. Can you relate? The startup fees were several hundred dollars and I ended up losing money on the deals, which were painful lessons. They didn’t end up helping our finances at all! I determined that I was NOT going to ever do that again.
So when I saw posts about a weight loss drink on Facebook I associated them with my negative experience. I ignored them for months. But when a trusted friend started talking about it in her newsfeed, I took note.
Eventually I just felt drawn to try the drink. I messaged my friend and she got me started. After less than a month of using the product I contacted her again about getting it wholesale because I loved it and wanted to start my husband on it for his blood pressure and candida issues. I told her more than once that I was not going to sell it, I just wanted to get the product at the lowest price because I knew we were going to keep taking it.
She got me set up and sent me information. I joined team Facebook groups and started casually reading. The more I learned about the company and the products, the more I was impressed. The longer I used the products, the more I was impressed. And the more testimonials I saw, the more I got excited for what this product could do for people of all ages and health conditions.
Now you know that I lost 100 pounds and nine sizes with T-Tapp seven years ago. I’ve kept it off for the most part, but I still gained some pounds and fluff due to adrenal fatigue, hypothyroid and menopause. I’ve been on the lookout for what could help me and my clients with weight loss and health issues.
Let’s face it. Most people don’t have the finances or willpower to pay several hundred dollars a month to replace two meals a day with a shake and stick with it. Many people are leery of fake ingredients or questionable ingredients like soy or Splenda.
This product is a great fit for real people. It’s a fraction of the cost of expensive weight loss programs, and is made of natural ingredients. Company claims are one thing, but the approval of some health-conscious, natural foods Moms that I know personally is quite another.
And not only has every product I’ve tried been amazing, the company culture has been absolutely different than any other company I’ve been associated with (with the exception of T-Tapp!). It’s hard to explain, but it feels friendly like a family, not pushy—positive and hopeful.
And it doesn’t feel greedy, either. It only costs $34.95/YEAR to get started as a wholesaler, including a personal website with no monthly fee. What a perfect way for a family to get started in business with a company in serious momentum, sweeping the country.
You’re probably wondering what the product is—no secret, it’s Plexus Slim.
Whether you are interested in Plexus for your own health issues or weight loss, or you’d like to find out more about joining my team to make a difference for your family, there are some pages on my website where you can read more: CharlotteSiems.com/Plexus

Thanks for listening to my story. Even though it’s sometimes hard to press “publish,” your blog comments and emails keep me encouraged and grateful for you!
With love,

This article has made me have some doubts about T TAPP. I have always thought from reading your blogs that you were able to keep off your weight by doing T TAPP only. Now I am wondering if it really will be all I need to lose weight and keep it off.
Michelle, if you look at recent photos of me here or on Facebook, you will see that I have maintained my size for years with T-Tapp. It definitely helps with hormone balance, energy and body shaping and weight loss and maintenance. I am excited about Plexus because it is another tool. There are many people who find it hard to stay consistent or don’t want to workout regularly or have health issues that can be helped by Plexus. It does not take the place of T-Tapp; indeed, they work together beautifully. Just as I am interested in homeschooling, decorating, cooking for my family and T-Tapp, Plexus is another part of my life that I am sharing. Everyone is free to make their own choices, of course. I’m always grateful when someone lets me know about new stuff. 🙂
Hi, Charlotte! This sounds neat!! I have been ttapping for 4 months and my measurements are *almost* perfect, but even though I do serious workout 4 or 5 times a week I have not yet been able to get a totally flat stomach. I am a very petite person and the most I should lose to stay healthy would be 8 pounds, so I’m wondering if this product could help me since I have had hardly anything to lose. For me its not a matter of weight so much as where the weight is distributed. Does it make a difference for already fit people? Also, I saw on the Plexus site that if you don’t change your eating habits you won’t lose weight. The issue though is that I eat extremely healthfully already and try to consume less than 1,500 calories a day. So based on my specifics, do you think it would make the difference of taking off 8 pounds or so? (I’m a size 6.) Thank you for your help!! I actually found Ttapp through your blog and got my whole family hooked on it, so this may be another case like that!
For me personally, and from many of the success story photos I’ve seen, Plexus seems to really help with belly fat. At your size, 8 pounds can really make a difference. Plexus balances your blood sugar, which affects many health issues. Even with eating healthfully you may have blood sugar issues and not realize it. Of course it’s hard to tell how your body will react, but I did see one success story of someone who looked like they didn’t have weight to lose who did lose. And that’s awesome that you found T-Tapp here on the blog–it’s the workout that rocks! 🙂
Wow!!! Thank you for the fast reply!! Okay, that is good to know. Well, I will plan on ordering some and I look forward to seeing how it works! I really appreciate your sharing this company as I really trust that you only share things that have really worked for you! God bless you, Katrina
Thanks so much, Katrina! Blessings to you and your family! 🙂
I have been through chemotherapy for Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma (requiring steroids), Atrial Fibrillation problems, and a ruptured disk (requiring more steroids) that resulted in surgery. In 2011 when I had the Lymphoma diagnosis, I was in the middle of a weight loss program with HCG. I was looking better than I had for quite a while and was excited to complete the process. However, the Lymphoma and resultant treatment took care of that. I was told “no more HCG, ever.” I was also told that I should be sure to eat during treatment in order to keep my strength up. I had been denying myself for years from bread, refined sugar, peanut butter, etc. The only things I had any appetite for was for those things and naturally by the time my six months chemo regimen was finished I was in remission but I was also 30 pounds heavier.
I got into the AFib problems because every time I attempted to diet my heart would get out of whack, I would quit the diet and my heart would normalize. The third time I decided to just muscle through it anyway and that was when my heart went into AFib.
Fast forward to last summer, 2013. I put on more than 25 pounds in two months with no change of diet. I didn’t realize this until I looked at pictures of me. One was taken May 2013, and the next was taken mid-July, 2013, and I was shocked by the difference. I took those pictures to my doctor and practically demanded that he help me. According to him I am slightly hypothyroid, but according to my symptoms I am extremely hypothyroid (I read the book “Stop the Thyroid Madness”). Not only that I did the saliva testing for cortisol and I have Adrenal Fatigue. I am working with a dietitian and I did drop an initial 13 pounds, but after that no matter how well I eat, my weight stays the same (low carb). I am on Armour Thyroid and am being treated for the Adrenal Fatigue. I have improved to the point that I am now able to exercise, following a cardio/flex band DVD. It has improved my energy somewhat, but nowhere near I’d like it to be.
By the way, I am 76 years old. I have worked to eat a healthy diet for many years. I found the information about T-TAPP through a Hypothyroid Facebook group and am considering the Senior Fit DVD. This information about Plexus intrigues me. However, I wonder about the carbs it contains, the protein, and how it works.
I have never been at this weight ever in my whole life and it takes prayer and every ounce of positive thinking I can muster not to sink down into depression over it. My question to you is can this drink help me? Can T-TAPP help? I didn’t realize this was so long, but I felt you needed a summary of what is going on with me.
Gloria, I’m so glad you told your story. My heart goes out to you! T-Tapp and Plexus are a great combination to improve your health! Senior Fit would be a good place for you to start for a workout. Of course you’d need to check with your doctor, but many doctors have approved their patients taking Plexus Slim. It works by balancing your blood sugar, which affects a multitude of health issues and helps many people lose weight. It’s not a quick fix–if you have a lot of health issues it can take some time. But most people feel so much better on it they WANT to keep taking it. I hope this helps!
